Returns Policy

This Returns Policy explains how NXT LVL handles returns, refunds, replacements, damaged items, missing items, cancellations, refused shipments, and order-related issues for purchases made through https://yournxtlvl.com.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms of this Returns Policy.
1. General Return Policy
Due to product integrity, quality control, safety, handling requirements, and regulatory considerations, many NXT LVL products are not eligible for return once shipped.
Opened, used, altered, tampered-with, damaged-after-delivery, temperature-sensitive, special-handling, final sale, clearance, promotional, or non-returnable products are not eligible for return unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our verified fulfillment error.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements stated in this policy.
2. Return Eligibility
A return may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unopened, unused, and in original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- The product seal, label, and packaging are intact.
- You provide your order number and proof of purchase.
- We approve the return before the item is sent back.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused, returned to sender, or discarded.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with broken seals
- Products missing original packaging
- Products damaged after delivery
- Temperature-sensitive products
- Special-handling products
- Final sale items
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Downloadable products
- Promotional or free items
- Products returned without authorization

4. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@yournxtlvl.com.
Please include your order number, photos of the package, photos of the product, photos of the shipping label, and a clear description of the issue.
If we confirm that the issue was caused by carrier damage or our fulfillment error, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution at our discretion.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.
Refund processing times vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our verified error or otherwise required by law.
Refunds may be reduced by original shipping costs, return shipping costs, handling costs, restocking costs where applicable, discounts, coupons, promotional adjustments, or other non-refundable charges.
6. Replacements
Replacements may be offered for damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing items when the issue is reported within the required timeframe and verified by our support team.
Replacement availability depends on inventory, product eligibility, shipping availability, and the specific circumstances of the order.
If the original product is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or a comparable replacement at our discretion.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our verified fulfillment error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. NXT LVL is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, misdelivered, or delivered to the wrong address.
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for where and how to send the item back.
8. Order Cancellations
Order cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible by contacting support@yournxtlvl.com.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.
If an order has already shipped, it will be handled according to this Returns Policy.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, carrier issue, customs issue, customer refusal, or other customer-related delivery issue, shipping fees may not be refundable.
Reshipment may be available at the customer’s expense, subject to product eligibility, inventory availability, and shipping restrictions.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first at support@yournxtlvl.com so we can attempt to resolve it.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to provide order records, tracking records, shipping records, customer communication, checkout records, and policy records to payment processors when responding to disputes.
11. Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, replacements, or future orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive claims, chargeback misuse, false damage claims, unauthorized reselling, policy manipulation, or violation of our Terms of Service.
