1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, product launches, promotional events, holidays, weather disruptions, carrier delays, payment review, fraud screening, compliance review, or other circumstances outside our control.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Availability

We ship to locations where our products may lawfully be sold and delivered.

Some products may not be eligible for shipment to certain states, countries, territories, P.O. boxes, military addresses, freight forwarders, or restricted locations.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or review any order that cannot be legally, safely, or reliably shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, high shipping volume, operational disruptions, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order, destination, shipping method, product type, package weight, and carrier availability.

5. Tracking Information

6. Address Accuracy

NXT LVL is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, returned packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipment may be available at the customer’s expense, subject to product eligibility and availability.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery is controlled by the carrier.

NXT LVL is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

We may assist customers with carrier claims where appropriate, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of any carrier investigation.

Lost or missing package claims must be reported to us within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery date or expected delivery date.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@yournxtlvl.com.

Please include your order number, photos of the damaged package, photos of the damaged item, photos of the shipping label, and a brief explanation of the issue.

We may require this information to review the issue or file a carrier claim.

9. Temperature-Sensitive or Special-Handling Products

Certain products may be sensitive to heat, cold, extended transit time, or improper handling.

Customers are responsible for retrieving packages promptly after delivery. NXT LVL is not responsible for damage caused by packages being left outside, exposed to weather, left unattended, or not retrieved in a timely manner.

10. International Shipping

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local compliance requirements, and delivery restrictions in their destination country.

NXT LVL is not responsible for packages delayed, refused, seized, returned, or destroyed by customs, carriers, or local authorities.

International shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

11. Order Cancellations Before Shipment

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

12. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, carrier issue, customs issue, or customer refusal, shipping fees may not be refundable.

Reshipment may be available at the customer’s expense, subject to product eligibility and availability.
